Nathan West (Ryan Paevey) may be an interesting match for Ava, despite the possibility that he may not really be Nathan. Ava's past relationships have been marked with unexpected twists, like when she was unknowingly involved with Ryan Chamberlain (Jon Lindstrom), posing as Kevin Collins.
General Hospital fans hear speculation of a potential romance between Ava and Sonny, but the idea has been met with resistance.
