General Hospital Tragedy: Tristan Rogers Died – Robert Scorpio Actor Passed Away

General Hospital fans are in mourning following the death of Tristan Rogers, the actor who brought character Robert Scorpio to life. The beloved GH actor, known for his charisma and charm, lost his battle with cancer at 79. His final appearance on the ABC soap opera was on July 18th, when his character welcomed his daughter Sasha Gilmore (played by Sofia Mattson) and granddaughter Daisy into his home. 
It was a bittersweet moment for General Hospital fans, who were aware of Rogers' frail health. His passing adds to the list of soap legends lost over the past year, including Leslie Charlson, Drake Houston, and Denise Alexander. 
Tristan Rogers' death has left GH fans and cast members heartbroken. Showrunner Frank Valentini acknowledged the loss, highlighting Rogers' captivating presence on the show for more than 50 years. Emma Sams, who played Holly opposite Rogers' Robert, and Laura Wright, who plays Carly Corinthos, also expressed their sadness and paid tribute to Rogers. 
Despite his passing, Tristan Rogers' General Hospital legacy as Robert Scorpio will continue to live on in the memories of his fans and fellow cast members.
