General Hospital: Willow’s TWISTED Plan for Drew – Will He Survive? | Soap Dirt

As Drew's wife, she now holds the power to dictate his contact with their children, and possibly even to inflict physical and emotional torment. 
More GH spoilers indicate these drastic measures stem from Willow's history of abuse and betrayal. From her time under Shiloh's control, to her perception of being wronged by Michael, and now Drew's betrayal with her mother, Nina (played by Cynthia Watros), Willow's actions can be seen as a manifestation of her pent-up rage.
