The reliable source also hinted at Valentin Cassadine's (James Patrick Stuart) knowledge of Peter's survival and the possible introduction of a lookalike twist. The leaked information, though unverified, comes from a source with a history of accurate predictions. 
According to the GH LEAK, Valentin, who has always felt responsible for Peter, may have aided in Peter's survival and hidden him from those celebrating his supposed death. The source also suggested that Peter's return could coincide with the four-year anniversary of his supposed death. 
The General Hospital LEAK also hints at the existence of two Nathans, a real one and a fake one. This theory could explain Britt's unusual reaction upon seeing Nathan alive. The revelation of a possible lookalike twist has led to speculation that Peter may have undergone plastic surgery to resemble his brother, Nathan. 
This GH theory aligns with Peter's history of stepping into Nathan's life after Faison killed him and his jealousy towards Nathan. The speculation is that the real Nathan might be the one currently courting Lulu Spencer (Alexa Havins), while the fake Nathan, who is actually Peter, is waiting to take his place once Maxie Jones (Kirsten Storms) wakes up from her coma.
