The Young and the Restless sees Sharon Newman (Sharon Case) is in for a shocking revelation as she begins to regain her memory of the night Heather Stevens (Vail Bloom) was killed. With the assistance of Nick Newman (Joshua Morrow) and Michael Baldwin (Christian Jules Leblanc), Sharon starts to piece together the events of that fateful night, leading to a major twist—she might not be the culprit on the CBS soap opera. 

Y&R sees Ian Ward (Ray Wise) and Jordan Howard (Colleen Zenk) become entangled in the mystery. Ian overhears Mariah Copeland (Camryn Grimes), Tessa Porter (Cait Fairbanks), and Claire Newman (Hayley Erin) discussing Sharon's memory recovery and the drugs found in her system. In a desperate bid to keep their secrets safe, Ian orders Jordan to kill Sharon. However, Jordan is reluctant, seeking progress on her revenge plot against Claire instead. 

Young and Restless sees Phyllis Summers (Michelle Stafford) grapples with her vendetta against Sharon, and Victor Newman (Eric Braeden). Unaware of the danger Sharon is in, Phyllis becomes increasingly fixated on her own plans for revenge. Tessa falls into Ian's trap, potentially endangering not only Sharon but also the Newman family.
