General Hospital predictions indicate that Michael Corinthos (Rory Gibson) and Portia Robinson (Brook Kerr) are caught up in a plot, while Lulu Spencer (Alexa Havins) deals with her pent-up frustrations. The episode brings to light some shocking revelations about Drew Cain Quartermaine (Cameron Mathison) and Willow Tait (Katelyn MacMullen), which are set to turn their lives upside down. 

GH predictions hint that Portia, tired of Drew's blackmail, decides to confide in Michael, revealing Drew's plan to sabotage him. Meanwhile, Lulu is incensed at Liesl Obrecht's (Kathleen Gati) unexpected visit, especially as Liesl continues to build a relationship with her son, Rocco Falconeri (Finn Carr).
