General Hospital sees the town of Port Charles is in for a whirlwind of drama as Lulu Spencer (Alexa Havins) awakens from her coma. Lulu's awakening stirs a myriad of emotions for those around her, including Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna), who is just beginning to find solace with Sam McCall (Kelly Monaco). 

GH sees Lulu adjusts to the time lapse, she is faced with the shocking news of Sam's tragic death and the fact that Dante had proposed to her. On her to-do list, Lulu seeks a heartfelt reunion with her son, Rocco Falconeri (Finn Frances Carr), and the search for her missing daughter, Charlotte Cassadine (Scarlett Fernandez), becomes a top priority. Anna Devane (Finola Hughes) is racing against time to locate Charlotte before Lulu discovers her absence on the ABC soap opera. 

General Hospital sees Lulu also faces the daunting task of catching up on all that happened in her absence, including the deaths of her father, Luke Spencer (Anthony Geary), and aunt, Bobbie Spencer (Jackie Zeman). To add to the chaos, Lulu comes face-to-face with the man responsible for her coma, her uncle, Cyrus Renault (Jeff Kober).
