General Hospital sees Lulu Spencer (Emme Rylan) continues to struggle in her coma. Concerns are mounting as her condition worsens, leaving her children, Charlotte Cassadine (Scarlett Fernandez) and Rocco Falconeri (Finn Frances Carr), in fear of losing their mother. However, there's a significant twist on the horizon that could alter everything. 

GH gives a shocking turn of events, Lulu's mother, Laura Spencer (Genie Francis), and her husband, Kevin Collins (Jon Lindstrom), receive distressing news from the care facility. This follows the near-fatal incident where Julian Jerome (William DeVry) almost killed Lulu with a bomb, under orders from Cyrus Renault (Jeff Kober). As Lulu's life hangs in the balance, Laura is desperate to locate Valentine Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart) to bring Charlotte back to see Lulu before it's too late. 

The ABC soap opera fan rumors are swirling that Lulu's role may be recast, with All My Children alum Stephanie Gatschet potentially taking the reins. As the situation unfolds, the lives of many Port Charles residents hang in the balance, including Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna), Sam McCall (Kelly Monaco), and Anna Devane (Finola Hughes).
