General Hospital sees a major plot development where Drew Cain Quartermaine (Cameron Mathison) potentially attacked and stabbed, with Alexis Davis (Nancy Lee Grahn) possibly being framed for the crime she didn't commit. The leaker hints that the real perpetrator is not an enemy of Drew's but an ally. The list of potential suspects includes Curtis Ashford (Donnell Turner), Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard), Michael Corinthos (Rory Gibson), and Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros). Additionally, Alexis's daughters, Molly Lansing-Davis (Kristen Vaganos) and Kristina Corinthos-Davis (Kate Mansi), are also angry with Drew due to his restraining orders against them.

The General Hospital leaker suggests that the unexpected turn of events might be orchestrated by Sidwell (Carlo Rota), who doesn't want the information about a judge's bribery to be leaked yet. A significant clue is a Cassadine dagger, once belonging to Helena Cassadine (Constance Towers), which only has Alexis's fingerprints on it. This artifact might be used to frame Alexis for the attack on Drew. The coming episodes promise to be interesting, with multiple suspects and a potential whodunit storyline revolving around Drew's attack.
