General Hospital sees tension rise as secrets are exposed and family dynamics are tested. Giovanni Palmieri (Giovanni Mazza) is enraged at his mother, Brook Lynn Quartermaine (Amanda Setton), due to the secrets she's been hiding about his biological parents. Rocco Falceroni (Finn Carr) is also fuming after discovering a birth certificate that lists Britt Westbourne (Kelly Thiebaud) as his mother. This shockwaves through the family, with Rocco confronting his mom, Lulu Spencer (Alexa Havins), about the truth of his origins on the ABC soap opera.

GH sees Gio, also finds himself grappling with feelings of rejection. Despite being adopted, he feels a deep-seated anger towards his biological parents Dante (Dominic Zamprogna) and Brooklyn. The complicated family situations threaten to strain the budding brotherly relationship between Gio and Rocco.

General Hospital also sees the return of Kelly Thiebaud, whose character's involvement ties into the controversy surrounding Rocco's parentage. As Rocco demands answers from Lulu and Dante, the tension threatens to spill over into other relationships, particularly between Dante and his partner Harrison Chase (Josh Swickard).
