General Hospital early spoilers for September 16-20, 2024 see Molly Lansing-Davis (Kristen Vaganos) is ready for a show-down with her sister, Kristina Corinthos-Davis (Kate Mansi), prompting a tense atmosphere in Port Charles. Rick Lansing (Rick Hearst), their father, finds himself in a tough spot when confronted by Molly over his decision to report Alexis Davis (Nancy Lee Grahn) for unseemly actions. 

GH spoilers see Elizabeth Webber (Rebecca Herbst) and Willow Tait (Katelyn MacMullen) share an interesting chat about the potential return of Lucky Spencer (Jonathan Jackson). This episode also sees Brennan (Charles Mesure) and Carly Corinthos Spencer (Laura Wright) sharing a close moment while discussing the whereabouts of Lucky. Ava Jerome (Maura West) might get a break in her criminal case, adding a new twist to the storyline.
