General Hospital spoilers for July 21-25, 2025 see Sasha Gilmore (Sofia Mattsson) is set to exit Port Charles, leaving Michael Corinthos (Rory Gibson) contemplating a life-altering decision. Meanwhile, Portia Robinson (Brook Kerr) is consumed with rage and Josh Duhamel (Leo du Pres) appears to be concealing something on the ABC soap opera. 

GH spoilers see Michael ponders the safety of Wiley Quartermaine Corinthos (Viron Weaver) and Amelia Grace Corinthos (Sequoia & Serenity Mork Macko) in the face of perceived mob threats. Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) bears the brunt of Sasha's anger, while Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna) and Lulu Spencer (Alexa Havins) find themselves at odds. 

Spoilers for General Hospital see a Britt Westbourne look-alike stuns Jason Morgan (Steve Burton), leading to a potentially dangerous detour. Willow Tait (Katelyn MacMullen) is desperate, while Drew Cain Quartermaine (Cameron Mathison) promises retribution against Michael. Marcus Taggert (Real Andrews) refuses to bow to Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard). Carly Corinthos Spencer (Laura Wright) confronts Josh about his relationship with Vaughan, while Liesl Obrecht (Kathleen Gati) makes her anticipated return to town the week of 7/21 - 7/25/2025.
