General Hospital spoilers for November 4-8, 2024 see Dante (Dominic Zamprogna) is set for heartbreak as his fiancé, Sam (Kelly Monaco), dies. Meanwhile, Alexis Davis (Nancy Lee Grahn) expresses her alarm over Dante's engagement to Sam, unaware of the tragic fate awaiting her. Questions arise over Sasha's (Sofia Mattsson) unexpected overnight stay with a mystery man, with speculations pointing towards her ex, Michael (Chad Duell). 

GH spoilers see Drew (Cameron Mathison) gets caught up in a brawl, leaving him with a swollen face, a detail that Maxie Jones (Kirsten Storms) humorously points out. He later reassures Willow Tait (Katelyn MacMullen) that he will handle their situation, insinuating a possible romantic development.
