Days of Our Lives sees expectant teenage parents Sophia Choi (Rachel Boyd) and Tate Black (Leo Howard) grapple with their decision to put their unborn child up for adoption. Initially devastated when Johnny DiMera (Carson Boatman) backed out of the adoption agreement, the young couple is now contemplating keeping their baby on the NBC Peacock soap opera. 

DOOL sees that as Tate supports Sophia during her bed rest due to high blood pressure, their bond deepens, leading to speculations that they might change their decision. Sophia's mother, Amy Choi (Shi Ne Nielson), would certainly be thrilled by this development. Meanwhile, Tate's lingering feelings for his ex-girlfriend, Holly, could potentially affect his relationship with Sophia.
