Days of our Lives has Konstantin Meleounis possibly in danger because of a recent casting call update related to John Kapelos. 

The character, known for his villainy, has been in the center of the storyline, and recent casting news suggests that he is not exiting the show anytime soon and may stick around much longer than expected. 

A casting call from NBC for a body double for Kapelos has sparked speculations about the future of the character. The call specifically mentions someone of a similar age and hairline. 

Also, the requirement for a body double might indicate a stunt or a particularly physical scene is in the pipeline for Konstantin. Despite the villainous reputation of the character, this development is intriguing for sure.
