Bold and the Beautiful sees Liam Spencer (Scott Clifton) finds himself facing mortality as he is diagnosed with a terminal illness. He embarks on a mission to make amends and create lasting memories with those he cherishes. These include his two exes and mothers of his children, Steffy Forrester (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) and Hope Logan (Annika Noelle), his daughters Kelly Spencer (Sophia Paras McKinlay) and Beth Spencer, and his estranged father Bill Spencer (Don Diamont) on the CBS soap opera. 

Bold and Beautiful sees that in an effort to fulfill his last wishes, Liam attempts to broker peace between Steffy and Hope, who have been locked in a rivalry largely because of him. He also seeks to mend the broken relationship with his father, Bill, and to say his goodbyes to loved ones including Ridge Forrester (Thorsten Kaye), Eric Forrester (John McCook), Brooke Logan (Katherine Kelly Lang), and Taylor Hayes (Rebecca Budig). 

B&B sees a significant item on Liam's bucket list is a reunion with his brother, Wyatt Spencer (Darin Brooks), who has been absent from the show for over a year. Lastly, he strives to create lasting memories for his young daughters, Kelly Spencer (Sophia Paras McKinlay) and Beth Spencer (Jordyn Lynn Ariza), before his time runs out.
