Bold and the Beautiful sees a major health crisis for Liam Spencer (Scott Clifton) could signal drastic changes for several couples on the show. Following a disagreement, Liam suffers a serious fall, leading to a brain bleed and emergency surgery. Steffy Forrester (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) discovers Liam unconscious and rushes him to the hospital, where Dr. Grace Buckingham (Cassandra Creech) delivers the grim news on the CBS soap opera. 

B&B showrunner Brad Bell has teased a significant storyline for Clifton's character, which has fans speculating about a potential shakeup in the relationships of Steffy, Hope Logan (Annika Noelle), and Finn (Tanner Novlan). The crisis might cause Steffy and Hope, both mothers to Liam's children, to see him in a new light, reigniting old rivalries and possibly leading to unexpected pairings. 

Bold and Beautiful sees the impact of Liam's health scare could also affect Finn's relationship with Steffy, as she devotes her attention to Liam's recovery. This change could create an opportunity for Hope to get closer to Finn, despite previous rejections. The situation might force Finn to spend time with his daughter Luna Nozawa (Lisa Yamada) and mother Sheila Carter (Kimberlin Brown), against Steffy's wishes.
